We decided to have a green day last week, to try and help Little Fish learn a new color. I made the boys a green muffin tin snack. They each had some green apple, pickle, lettuce and celery. Not much of it got eaten (outside the apple), but it was worth a shot!

One-colour lunches are fun! Don't feel bad they didn't eat many vegies - these were challenging foods, so if they tried them at all, I reckon you're doing pretty well!
