I made the George outfit for Beeper when he was 10 months old. By the time Halloween rolled around (about 11 months) it was almost too small (the arms and legs were a tad short).
Little Fish was swimming it in at 4 1/2 months, but we figured it was his only chance to wear it.
Not so. It fit perfectly last year (16 months).
Now, at 6 1/2 months, it fits Baloo almost as well as it fit Little Fish last year. Scary.
Here's a picture of all of us on a hay ride last weekend. We were invited to a homeschool party and forgot to bring a camera. Fortunately someone else took pictures and shared. This is part of this week's Spin Cycle: Halloween, Then and Now.

I love it! All three kids get to show off in it! If you want to make this part of the Spin Cycle (HAlloween then and now) let me know, this is perfect for it!
Hi there, I just happened to come across your blog and thought I'd say hello!
My mom made ALL of our costumes when I was a kid - only a few store-bought. Of course at that time, store-bought costumes were plastic muumuus and a plastic mask.
Your George costume is adorable, and the pictures are fantastic, good to meet you!
