I love our tree. Some people like having a perfect tree that looks like it came straight from a shop window. Some people like a Martha Stewart tree with giant ribbons that coordinate with their decor and wrapping paper. I like having a kid-decorated tree with handmade decorations, sideways garland and ornaments mostly around the bottom. It makes me smile whenever I walk by.

If I did a tree I'd be more like you. I'd rather have kids participate and be "home grown" than be Martha Stewart. Hope you have a wonderful holiday!
